Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Tropictourshi LLC.
Payment: Full payment or a deposit (as specified at booking) is required to secure your reservation. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment methods. Your payment is processed through a third-party provider; we do not store card information.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and timelines.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, safety concerns, minimum group size not met, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling options.
3. Changes to Bookings
We’ll do our best to accommodate any change requests, but changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees depending on availability or timing.
4. Tour Participation
Health & Safety: Guests must be in reasonable health and fitness for the chosen activity. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or special requirements.
Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates local laws or our policies. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Waivers: Some activities may require you to sign a liability waiver before participation.
5. Travel Insurance
Tropictourshi LLC strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost property. We are not responsible for expenses not covered by insurance.

6. Website Use
Content Ownership: All content on tropictourshi.com, including photos, videos, text, and branding, is owned or licensed by Tropictourshi LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
Accuracy: We strive to keep all info up to date, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, availability, or pricing are always accurate or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Tropictourshi LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in tours or use of our website. Our liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or tour in question.
