REFUND  POLICY

At Tropictourshi LLC, we understand that plans can change. We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund policies. Please read the terms below carefully before booking with us.

1. Guest Cancellations
More than 48 hours before tour:
You may cancel your booking for a full refund if we receive your request at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
Less than 48 hours before tour:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable, as we’ve already reserved your spot and committed resources.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Private or Custom Tours:
Private or custom tours may have different cancellation terms. These will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
2. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your tour with no penalty up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the tour are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
3. Cancellations by Tropictourshi LLC
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to:
Unsafe weather or environmental conditions
Natural disasters
Low group participation (for group tours)
Health or safety concerns
Events beyond our control (force majeure)
In such cases, we will offer you the choice of:
A full refund, or
A credit or reschedule for another date.
We do our best to notify guests of cancellations as early as possible.

4. Weather Policy
Hawaiian weather can be unpredictable. We don’t cancel tours for light rain or cloudy skies—but if conditions become unsafe (e.g., heavy storms, high surf, or flooding), we may cancel for your safety. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to rebook.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events (e.g., illness, flight delays, or cancellations beyond our control).
